EMERGENTag Upgrades, Patches and Bug Fixes

Patch for all units shipped before 2/20/2009. All units shipped on or after Feb 20, 2009, will contain the patched software.

Download Patch

1) Plug your EMERGENTag into a USB slot, but do not let the EMERGENTag software auto-run.

2) Instead, click "Open Folder to View Files" or manually view the EMERGENTag in Windows Explorer

3) Open emergentag.zip and unzip the files (Windows 95, 98, ME, and 2000 will require WinZip to read the .zip file)

4) Copy the unzipped files onto the EMERGENTag and overwrite any files you are prompted to overwrite.

5) When it's done copying, remove your EMERGENTag, wait 15 seconds, then plug it back in.
